By accessing and using MediChain, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
2. Use of Service
MediChain provides a platform for pharmaceutical supply chain tracking and verification. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including GS1 standards.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Blockchain Transactions
Transactions recorded on the blockchain are irreversible. MediChain is not responsible for any errors in blockchain transactions initiated by users. Please verify all transaction details before confirming.
5. Limitation of Liability
MediChain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
